Anthony Neptune

Anthony Neptune is a Clinical Operations Director in Mental Health and Substance Use Services at Fraser Health Authority. Anthony has a long history working in and leading psychosocial rehabilitation programs which have included drop-in, clubhouse and community mental health settings. He has supported the expansion of peer support services, employment services, clubhouse, lived/living engagement opportunities, the expansion of specialized PSR roles in substance use settings and the creation of specialized services for family inclusion and involvement.

Patrice Fugah

Patrice Fugah is Program Manager for MHSU Rehab and Recovery Services, supporting recovery-oriented practices across the Fraser Health region. He has a Diploma in Nursing (Mental Health) from the University of Kingston and St Georges, UK, and MSc from Brighton University, UK.. He worked for several years in various mental health care settings and particularly in Early Psychosis Intervention with NHS Trusts in the UK. He joined Vancouver Coastal Health in 2013 as Clinical Educator, Clinical Coordinator, Head Nurse and as MHSU Clinical Operations Manager.

Dr. Regina Casey

Dr. Regina Casey (she/her) coordinates the Psychosocial Rehabilitation graduate program at Douglas College and manages the BC Advanced Practice website for mental health practice knowledge decimation. She is a Clinical Assoc. Professor at UBC in the School of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy and has worked in mental health practice for much of her career. Her current research interests include supporting student health, promoting engagement in personally meaningful activities /life roles and integrating social business and recovery-oriented self-directed care approaches in low and middle-income settings.

Dr. John Higenbottam

Dr. John Higenbottam is a neuropsychologist who has held senior clinical management positions including Vice President, Vancouver Hospital and Health Sciences Centre, Vice President, BC Rehab, and Vice President, Riverview Hospital. John is a Clinical Professor in the Department of Psychiatry, UBC and teaches in the medical undergraduate and psychiatry residency programs. He is also the Editor in Chief of the Canadian Journal of Community Mental Health and President of BC’s Brain Injury Alliance which funds community services for people with brain injuries.

Angela Louie, BSc(OT), MSc

Angela Louie has worked in mental health services in acute, community and day program settings for over 30 years. Since 2010, she has been the Rehabilitation & Recovery Coordinator, Mental Health & Substance Use at Fraser Health Authority. She’s also been a Clinical Instructor at the UBC for over a decade. As part of her work, she has championed the implementation of the Recovery-Centred Clinical System across the region. She has a BSc in Occupational Therapy from UBC and a MSc from Dalhousie University in Occupational Therapy.

Jamie, Mental Health Worker

Jamie has been working in the mental health industry for over 10 years. Jamie lives with her own mental illness so she uses this lived experience as a way to connect with clients and to have a deeper understanding of what clients might be going through. Jamie’s positive optimistic personality is contagious and she is someone who clients love to work with. When not working Jamie loves to spend time with her family  in nature hugging trees and looking for treasures at the ocean.

Scott McNeill

Scott McNeill is a Registered Psychiatric Nurse with post graduate training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. He trained and worked for a decade in the UK,mainly in a Forensic Hospital, a Community Mental Health service and had a short period in a Community Psychological Therapy dept. For the last decade he has worked in wide variety of settings in Mental Health & Substance Use here in BC primarily as a Community Clinician Nurse Educator and also managed a number of Mental Health & Substance Use positions. Scott has a passion for improving the quality of Mental Health & Substance Use services, looking at healthcare through the lens of recovery and collaboration. He add that he has been lucky enough to be a part of the Rehabilitation and Recovery Team in Fraser Health where with this amazing team has been able work towards furthering the Recovery approach in our system.

Jennifer Kwok

Jennifer is a product designer passionate about creating meaningful, empathetic user experiences. In addition to designing for Tapestry Tool and PsyRehab, she has worked on UX design for several mental health and education projects across Canada.

William Zhou

William is a passionate software developer pursuing his undergraduate studies in Computer Science at UBC. He is delighted to work on the Tapestry Tool project to improve the tool with new features and better usability.

Tracy Windsor, BSW, RSW, CPS (Certified Peer Supporter)

Tracy has been involved in peer support since 2009. She has a BSW and MSW in social work and continues to promote peer support leadership and implementation. Tracy’s research interests include the intersection of culture and psychosis, peer Support training curriculum development for Early Psychosis Intervention programs, and the Pan-Canadian Early Psychosis Learning Health System.
