The BC PSR Advanced Practice is pleased to offer this session that focuses on the evidence based model of supported employment called “Individual Placement and Support” (IPS). While there are a variety of supported employment programs that assist individuals dealing with serious mental illness and often substance abuse challenges, IPS is currently the most robust model.
